I watched three shows this summer with blind characters who were not played by blind actors, all shows that aired over the past year. Now, all of these actors were great, I’m not attacking them by any means, they gave excellent performances. For the ladies, I had to actually check on google to find out if they were blind or not, that’s how unsure I was. I knew Charlie Cox wasn’t. But like, their performances were great.
