Darwinism: "Struggle for existence or survival of the fittest"

Darwinism: "Struggle for existence or survival of the fittest" happen quite often in our lives either in society or at work. I’d rather to follow ethics at work acts as a God's worshipper as not to sacrifice other colleagues for my own job security. Believe it or not that guided by that principles, I still keep my position to this day. 15 years ago, started with 7 directors and now three still remains in the same position (including myself) while the rests either fired or demoted or replaced with a new person.

Am I special? Do I have superior capabilities than others? The answer is NO. But, I follow some principles such as:

- Don't sacrifice others for my own benefit.
- Be honest and sincere in conducting the works.
- Respect and appreciative of my subordinate good intentions, show them the way and protect their best interests.
- Respect manager’s authorities regardless whether I like it or not but voice opinions for the betterment or justice in the workforce.
- Be kind to others and reach out for others in needs. Do not retaliate against the evil doers with an evil act.
- Spend time in prayer and worship God. As a human being, I have lots of weaknesses and let God guide my journey with wisdom.

Some colleagues stabbed me on the back, lied or twisted some facts in order to kick me out of the train. But, God protects me. The truth is revealed by itself as a matter of time, instead they were the ones who were in trouble either being demoted or fired without my hand got dirty. This doesn't mean I am gloated at other misfortunes but rather to remind myself to always stay on the right track.
