Awesome!!!!!!! I have to check Amazon for the pre-order. I have more exclamation points :-)) Shannon, you're a hoot!
Great news Angela. That was quick and I am sure it is going to be a great story. Can't wait for pre order on nook!
You're already done ?! Wooow, tha's great !I don't know how you do it (I'm a nurse too, between my shifts and the kids, I feel like I'm always dead on my feet).
If you're looking for another good book (it's actually a series) with zombies there's J.L. Bourne's Day By Day Armageddon if you have not already read it.
Have a good rest !

Hope it's worth the wait *chewing nails*
Debbie wrote: "Great news Angela. That was quick and I am sure it is going to be a great story. Can't wait for pre order on nook!"I hope it lives up to it, Debbie. Yeah, I kind of had a writing frenzy ;-)

I don't have kids or a husband, so my off-time is pretty much my own - you know, apart from cats and daily things! I admire working Mums. My cats exhaust me, no way I could cope with kids!
I think I have Day by Day on my kindle, Julie. I'll have to check it out...there's *cough* about 515 on there at the moment *sheepish look*
Ladies, I'll let you in on my writing frenzy secret. Even though I self publish now, I still set my deadlines like I used to with my publisher. The closer the deadline looms, if I'm not close to it, I panic! Then comes the writing frenzy. This book was hammered at before work, after work, after tea (evening meal)until bedtime, then on my days off. No TV, no movies! (Don't get me wrong, I start writing when I say I do, I just cruise along. But sometimes life intervenes, or work is really hard and I'm knackered, and it doesn't cruise. Then comes the panic)If I didn't have to work a day job as well, I wouldn't get into such a writing frenzy! (I tell myself this, though I probably would...)
Almost the whole time I write, Lily curls up on a chair by my side (she has the lovely writing chair, I have the old dining room chair - go figure), and she is my stress relief- I stroke her now and again. Evie pokes her head in and checks out what I'm doing. The other cats wander in and out. So a lot of my writing is done with a cat by my side or on the desk. Probably part of the reason why they feature so much in my stories as pets to my hero or heroine!
Knowing that people like the stories gives me heart when the going gets tough (you know, when I want to kill the hero or heroine - I whine about it here when that happens. A lot) so thank you all so much for your continued support, kind words and the laughs - it is hugely appreciated and brings a smile to my face every time!! *hugs*
Aww, that is so sweet. You don't know how much your writing (your books and your blogs) means to me and probably to my fellow "Angie-Fans"!! I love that you are always feature pets (Go Kitties!) in your books.
Now on pre-order for the Nook! Got my copy.Angela I always enjoy your book and blog. And you don't whine just use this as your sounding board. Once you get the frustration out the story flows.
Debbie

Wow, it's up there already? That was fast!
I like the term 'sounding board' instead of whining...though I do whine!!!
It's great to be able to share the book journey with you all! (and my zombie craze, and my cat craze, and my book reading craze...that's a lot of craze...)
Christian wrote: "This just totally made my day!!!!! I love your books. Can't wait to read it. :)"Aw thanks, Christian. Glad it made your day and hope it lives up to expectation!
Awesome!! can't wait for this one! Love all your books! Is this the last of the Gullys Falls series?
Carrie wrote: "Awesome!! can't wait for this one! Love all your books! Is this the last of the Gullys Falls series?"Thanks Carrie! So glad you've been enjoying the series.
The last of the series? Umm...no. It was supposed to end with Simon's story, then I had to do Del's story, then along came another character...quite unexpectedly.
So there will be another Gully's Fall book to end the series (I'll probably work on that next) then there's also the one book spin-off because Jason Dawson has his story.
I am so crazy about the potential Jason has! He's going to be an awesome and memorable hero, I just know it! *cough* no pressure, though, Angela. :)
Yay Angela!!! I had been looking forward to get these news :). I've preordered it from Amazon and I can hardly wait for it. I absolutely love your stories.I'm also glad that Jason will get his story... is so great to have more books to look forward to.
I hope you enjoy your break!
Angela,Hearing about the caracters you want to strangle and talking to you makes my day too. I'm pretty sure it's the same for the other ladies.
It's incredibly nice to be able to exchange with you.
I think I have an idea about your next leading male caracter.
Sounds exciting !! And thank you for giving Jason his HEA, I feel like he truly deserves it.

Thanks Dana, hope you enjoy it (always my biggest worry LOL). I even have Jason's cover picked out!! (someone has to do the hard yards and look at those half naked manly torso photos)

If no one minds me sharing my journey, I'm always happy to share it! Everyone can do with a laugh. I love that I'm able to chat to you ladies (and gents if there's any here), you have no idea how much it means to me.
Ahhh Jason, everyone seems to want a piece of him! (oooer...did that come out right?)

I know I will love it! ...and now I want to see Jason's cover :D. I can imagine you have a terrible time trying to pick the right one ;).

It's a really hard job combing through all those half naked male torsos - but I willingly sacrifice myself to give everyone the cover they deserve.
I know...don't thank me...(modestly lowering eyes) - it's the least I can do...
