Unlike fossil fuels,1 child per fertile woman & 10 trees aforested per child can be done with true equity, worldwide.  The argument is very heated about who should bear the costs of converting the world into a fossil fuel free economy. However, the even more important goal of one child per fertile woman will not be costly in monetary terms and families will be absolutely equal with one child, no matter where they are located.

Aforestation refers to to the practice of planting trees in locations that were not formerly forested or that have been converted to human use.  Reforestation refers to the practice of replanting zones of forest harvest. Deforestation refers to the widespread practice of removing forest cover for alternative human uses.
