This is a great weekend to hit your local Farmer’s Market or Roadside Stand.  Even if you don’t live in an area where you can do that you’re bound to be drawn to fresh produce as the weather warms up and the parties begin.  This article was recently featured on THE MARILU HENNER SHOW and it discusses which fruits and vegetables hold the most pesticides.  The more you learn the better equipped you are to make choices.
