Its Been So Long... (Catch-Up Blog)

Okay, seriously, you guys have to stop letting me take so long to write these blogs. When it takes eight months for me to actually sit down and write one of these things, we honestly need to share the responsibility. Okay? Glad we got that sorted out. So, without further ado, lets see whats been happening the last eight months of my life!

Well, for one thing, Company of Heroes has been out for a while! The second instalment of the Buan Trilogy, and its wider saga, can be found on Amazon, Kobo, Nook, Kindle, Barnes and Noble, Google Play, iBooks, and a number of other places! Want to learn what happened after that choke-the-author-worthy cliffhanger I left you with at the end of The Perfect Mortals? Go check it out now and see! Theres a lot of secrets and mysteries being unravelled and a few new faces showing up, making for some major developments in the Buan story!

Disciples of Blood is also going well, having reached over 100,000 words out of the estimated 140-150,000 needed to take the Buan story and give it a nice conclusion. I cant give away any spoilers, but just to tease you, theres a LOT of action and suspense in this book, as well as a few heartfelt emotional scenes and even a good few twists and turns! I already know youre gonna love it!

I suppose another major development that I should mention would be that I finally got Zoolaplex off the ground! The first five episodes of Zoolaplex can be found on YouTube, Soundcloud, and even on iTunes as a downloadable podcast! The response weve received so far has been nothing short of excellent, and Im proud of not just the audience but of the cast and crew that have made this all possible! We do always need help making the show better, though; if you think the show deserves a little boost in the best of directions, feel free to support No Studio In Particular on Patreon for as little as a dollar an episode! With enough being raised, we can start branching out into larger plot arcs, merchandise, public appearances, and actually being able to pay the cast more than pennies per appearance!

Seriously, we need food. Like, now. I think Bens body is starting to digest his own stomach.

Not only that, but weve got ourselves a new art director at No Studio In Particular! Cas Flores is a very talented artist and illustrator with a passion for his art and a large fanbase in and outside the furry fandom! His responsibilities include character design, graphic design for the show, the production of marketing and branding materials, and if we raise enough money through Patreon (cough-cough-cough it up, everyone) then we can even have him produce short comic strips and maybe even short animations for Zoolaplex scenes! Our current goal is to raise enough to fund an animated intro sequence for Zoolaplex after we introduce the final main cast member in episode six, coming the 31st of May!

And with that, Ive run out of space. But, despair not, as I have made it a personal vow to keep this blog updated from now on! I had to clean out sooo many cobwebs from this place; its unbelievable.
