Every time the national police commissioner, General Bheki Cele opens his mouth, he seems to put his foot into it. Not only is he acting like police, he acts as judge, as well. His 'monkey jibe' comments about the prime suspect have certainly not helped the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) in their case. Zapiro's cartoon suggests a face mask to gag his mouth as part of the SAPS murder investigation kit. However, the cartoon says that so far it has n't worked!
