Zapiro's cartoon shows a comic strip of an alternative peace prize - China's New Confucius Peace Prize. The Chinese political leaders are not happy with this year's selection for the Nobel Peace Price. In fact, Liu Xiaobo will not be present to receive the prestigious award and make the customary acceptance speech. The Nobel Prize Committee has decided to leave an empty chair as a symbol for the imprisoned Nobel Prize winner. The Committee feels that China should combine economic development with political reforms. China, on the other hand, feel that the selection was interference in their internal affairs. According to the Chines authorities, Liu, a professor of literature and a human rights activist, is a common criminal. He is serving an 11-year sentence in a Chinese prison for incitement. Not even his wife may attend the ceremony in Oslo.

Find a good quote from confucius

Try this: What you do not want done to yourself do not do to others - Shut up

How about : When justice is arbitrary the people do not know how to move hand and foot - Shut up

To see what is right and not to do ...

An oppressive government is more to be feared than a tiger

or something weird like Govern a great nation like as you would fry a small fish

Comrade Boss I found one
