Ahh! The much anticipated joint venture of Tarryn Fisher and Colleen Hoover!
I have wanted to get my hands on this book so bad that i could barely wait for my courier from Create Space to reach my mailbox. Yes, i could have read the kindle version, but there was something about this book that compelled me to wait for the paperback. I wanted to FEEL the book, because i knew it would feel so much stronger than just reading words off a screen. And God, did it feel amazing! Every word screamed to be savored, to be admired and devoured. It told you to slow down, to delay gratification but hell if the pace at which the story was progressing was going to let me do that. I, like many others, swallowed it in one go. The sense of satisfaction that has just settled in my stomach was all worth it.
But then, the cliffhanger!! I can’t tell you how my heart rushed when i realized how little was the number of pages left compared to the major chunk of the mystery that was still left to be explored. But I ain’t complaining. This means we get more of these two amazing authors and of course of Charlie and Silas.
Had there been a provision to do so, I would have awarded it a 6/5. Yes, it’s THAT good. If i haven’t already made myself clear, then let me spell it our for you. IT IS BLOODY BRILLIANT!
I can’t wait for part two!
