Friday the 13th and the best day ever -- it's my birthday and I'm excited. When your birthday is at Christmas, it isn't much fun at all, trust me on this, too many presents, and they're happy birthday merry christmas, and there's so many desserts you really couldn't care less about a birthday cake. But if you have another day, like today, you're ready for all the goodies and presents. If you have a kid with a birthday close to Christmas, let the kid change it to any date he/she wants -- that's what my parents did until I was 18 and out of the nest. I was October 14th, back in the day. It's so much more fun, there's nothing else going on, JUST YOU, and the birthday cake is the only goody around --

Doing some clean up work on the Grayson Sherbrooke novella. I'm thinking the title of this first one will be Thomas Straithmore: The Spirit of Wolffe Hall OR Grayson Sherbrooke and the Spirit of Wolffe Hall -- hmmm -- any ideas? (Grayson writes scary novels and his hero's name is Thomas Straithmore)

Today is the last day of the week and it's super special. Not only is it my birthday, it's the day before Valentine's Day, and it's the 13th -- the triple whammy -- and this means that all your work-out time doubles your calorie reduction, ain't that cool? It's like bonus points at Nordstrom --
