Feb. 3rd, Tuesday -- All right, all right, so guacamole turns black -- sorry for the brain synapse collapse. Lots of excellent ideas for uses of salsa -- my mouth is watering --
I just looked up and saw the incredible pink-streaked sky through the branches of the cypress tree from the window where I'm sitting -- I let out a small gasp -- it is so unearthly and beautiful. What do you have outside your window that makes you grateful you're alive and kicking? Maybe even makes you let out a little gasp?
Did you read all the great ideas for the use of left-over salsa? On eggs, now that does sound good and on salads, perk 'em right up, add color at the very least, has to make the lettuce less noxious.
Work, work, work -- all of us, no exception, earn the moolah to feed the critters, show everyone how smart, kind, funny, you are -- go get 'em.

I love this. Look out your own windows. I did know guacamole turns black, but you can can salsa and enjoy the taste of summer all winter.
