Release date for The Empty Box
The Empty Box, third in the Square Peg trilogy, will be released by Loose Id on April 7th.
Alexa and I really enjoyed working on this one and getting to catch up with the characters from The Square Peg and The Broken Triangle.

It focuses on Dave, the cook, who's never had more than a line or two. He's recovering from a bad break up with his partner of fifteen years. It's vanilla (Ben and Shane aside ;-)) and definitely angsty in places but happy ending, of course. We don't write any other kind :-)
Oh yeah. I remember him. Ben & Shane do stand out. You think you guys will ever do a follow up involving them?
I don't think so... We plan to write again after I finish a novella for Riptide but we're doing a standalone next. And possibly a follow-up to Killing Time down the road. We've touched base with Ben and Shane in each story and they're doing fine so it's hard to know what we'd write about! That's the problem with sequels; you have to do something to break up the HEA and we don't like doing that.
Yeah, I hear ya & I was thinking that's what you'd say. I don't want them to break up either. I'll always have The Square Peg after all. :D
