Update on the future of the Reflections series

For over a year now I've been dealing with disabling levels of back pain. I had up until a few months ago been able to continue writing because I could use a lap-top while lying down, as that was the only position that was not excruciatingly painful. Sadly, at the end of July other family crisis coupled with the physical, emotional, and financial toll of my health issues came to a head and I haven't been able to get any writing done since then. At the time I hoped it might be a temporary situation and I would be able to resume work on Reflections of Hope and my Blog in a reasonable amount of time. Sadly after four months I must acknowledge that It is unlikely that I will get much more writing done any time in the near future. For those of you who enjoyed The Face in the Mirror and Chained Reflections this means that the third volume in the series will be indefinitely delayed if I'm ever able to finish it at all.
Perhaps, if my recent spinal implant helps manage my pain over the long term and I'm able to find some form of employment things might change. It is possible that I will have the time and freedom from worry over my family situation to write again. Although if and when that happens I don't know if I will be able to reconnect with the characters enough to allow me to finish the third book.
Hopefully whatever I do write will be as entertaining as Reflections was to those of you who enjoyed it. Though I hope it might be more commercially successful.
