#GETLUCKY, Book Babies, and Pre-Orders.

Or, my fourth novel is coming out soon.
LUCK ON THE LINE is my first New Adult Contemporary Romance. I’m super proud of it. It takes place in Boston, a city I love more and more every time I visit. It also helps that I’ve finally figured out the T and can get around more easily. My last visit included lots of bars, a Fenway game, and lots of walking. It was all in the name of research, I promise.

Even though the restaurant LUCK ON THE LINE takes place at is fictional, I wanted to have elements to pull from while writing. If you ever get a chance, eating your way through Boston neighborhoods is a very good life choice.

I don’t know a lick about baseball. To me it’s not that exciting to watch the game as much as it is to watch the people watching the game. There’s a big scene in LUCKY that’s set at Fenway. Also, Fenway dogs, everyone. Do it.
So what is this book I’ve been referring to as LUCKY on social media? Here’s the synopsis:
“To turn her life around, she’ll have to stand the heat. To fulfill his dreams, he’ll have to get Lucky.
Despite her name, Lucky Pierce has always felt a little cursed. Refusing to settle for less or settle down, she changes jobs as often as she changes boyfriends. When her celebrity chef mother challenges her to finish something, Lucky agrees to help her launch Boston’s next hot restaurant, The Star. Even if it means working with the infuriating, egotistical, and undeniably sexy head chef.
James Hughes loves being known as Boston’s hottest bad boy in the kitchen, but if he wants to build a reputation as a serious chef, he has to make this restaurant work and keep his scandalous past out of the headlines. Getting involved with his boss’s spoiled, sharp-tongued daughter is definitely not on the menu.”
As the launch of The Star looms and the tension and chemistry heat up in the kitchen, they’re going to need more than a little luck to keep everything from boiling over.
THERE YOU HAVE IT! Over the next few weeks I’ll be posting teasers form the book and I reaaaaalllyyyy hope you like them. Want to #GetLucky? Pre-order on Amazon, Kobo, and iBooks! Add to your Goodreads.
