Medcity.  The Tom Mischke show.  Pharmalot. NPR.  The Wall Street freaking Journal.  Seems like Carl Elliott is giving interviews to everybody these days -- everybody except his own brother.  You know, the one who set up a website for him, but still doesn't have any web content to work with?  We could polish off a phone interview in 30 minutes, but no.  The emails are going unanswered, the phone calls are all going straight to voicemail.  What is this guy afraid of?
