This book was almost gothic, kind of Dark Shadows meets Natural Born Charmer...without the beaver suit and vampires. The book started slow, but I'm glad I stuck with it. Annie was spunky and Theo was scary, he sounds like a truly evil teenager, until the reveal of his justification/motivation. The women of the town were fun, they got what they deserved.
Your book looks amazing. I have read the reviews and wish I could get it. Unfortunately that is not in the stars for me. I fell and fractured my ankle last Oct 15, 2013, and it is now called a non union fracture. So I am not homeless because my aunt gave me a room for now, and I eat thanks to food stamps. So, someday I hope you read your new and other books, that day will not be tomorrow. I do wish you the best of luck with your new book! Tracy
