Actress and indisputable fashion icon Lauren Bacall died Tuesday at the age of 89. Bacall made her on-screen debut in 1944 in the film adaptation of Ernest Hemingway’s “To Have and Have Not,” which also starred Humphrey Bogart, whom she later married.
