Authentic diversity is a cultural asset

Diversity has become a social and political philosophy and the excessive devotion to ethnicity is divisive rather than uniting.
Superficial diversity, like extreme cultural sensitivity and excessive division according to ethnicity is creating an unseen, growing upset, not just among ethnic natives, but among newcomers too, as there is such a vastness of ethnicities and naturally the minorities might not necessarily be who we think they are.
Authentic diversity is a cultural asset and the best way to treat a newcomer is like one of us.
