Book games and other tings

 

 

 

Hello folks! 

I have made some changes to me old blog. It's taken me a long time to figure out what I like to blog about, of course it's mainly books, so with that in mind I have made my changes.

The first being writing style.  I like to write as if I were in a conversation. All posts will now begin with a friendly hello and, where I can, I will write as if I were writing a virtual letter to you.
Gone are the Wildlife Wednesdays; they have been replaced with the nature files.

Gone are the Fairy Tale Fridays; they have a classical fairy tale section under reviews. The reviews are still laid out by genre!

I have a writers blog where you can see the method behind my madness, if there is any... *cough*

 

 

There is also a writers tips section. I will be putting anything useful I find there for all you fellow writers.

There is the BRAND NEW Recommended Reads section.  This is where the books I have reviewed and enjoyed the most get to live on a pedestal!

I've even spilt them up into separate genres for your browsing ease, because I'm nice like that. It will be added to  so keep coming back to peruse.

There will be a new ratings system.



 

Each book will be rewarded in cups of tea (one to five) and the best of the best get a Golden Biscuit Award.



There is a now a giveaways and events section, so check that out to see if I, or any fellow authors, have things happening.

My new Judge a Book by its Cover game has a little button all to itself.   Some of them have prizes available, these are time sensitive, but the games are not, so jump in and comment whenever you like!
