Today, we’re kicking off the blog tour for Exposure with a live radio interview on Northwest Prime. This Seattle based show spotlights emerging artists and showcases nice people doing great things from the Northwest, the USA and across the globe. The featured guest is Chef Shelley Boris who has cooked for such personalities as the Dalai Lama and Mikhail Gorbachev. She’ll be talking about her new book, Fresh Cooking: A Year of Recipes from the Garrison Institute Kitchen.
