Rising over the mountains like Godzilla the mythical sun and three stars that form the main elements in our flag can be seen on the canopy of the iconic Balcony built on the front windows of Emilio Aguinaldo's home in Kawit , Cavite that marks the spot where the Declaration of Independence from Spain was read on June 12, 1898.
