Nathi Mthethwa's Credentials - New Arts and Culture Minister

More known for his mishandling of the Marikana, Mido Macia and Tatane affairs than his knowledge of arts and culture, former police minister Nathi Mthethwa is named as the "new" arts and culture minster.
