@Sophie: It sounds like it's being phased in slowly, so some users right now have it and some don't. I believe it's located on every book's page (if you do have it) right above the Listopia section. :)

There's also an author Q&A feature too, but only about 54 authors are participating at the moment, although you can nominate more here.
