2nd of May. Another Friday -- boy, do they ever come around often, like every other day, it seems -- Cooler today, thankfully, and will continue downward. You can always tell because the fog rolls in through the Golden Gate -- what a gorgeous sight that is, white billowy stuff that nearly covered the city, this a.m. only the tops of buildings visible over the fog.

What about this new movie with Scarlet Johanssen, something about she's an alien who eats gobbles down men for lunch? Who can tell me about it, and a title would be nice (Yeah, yeah, I'm too lazy to go to Fandango and check it out when I've got you guys and you know everything.)

Work continues on The Lost Key -- and guess what I discovered? I'm having a blast inputting all the changes (the editor's and mine) plus making other changes along the way -- and now they'll have this perfect unmarked digital manuscript when I'm done -- it will look like it came straight from God and is, of course, perfect.
