J.K. Rowling guest-edited Woman's Hour today and you should listen to it

I do not have much to add beyond this headline: today, for the first time in its 60-year history, Woman’s Hour on BBC Radio 4 had a guest editor, J.K. Rowling, and the results are as excellent as one would expect.

For the episode, Rowling has included a very moving segment on Multiple Sclerosis, the disease that killed her mother (who – tragically – passed away before Harry Potter), along with pieces on the symbolic power of shoes and her unexpected interest in rugby. The whole episode is well-worth listening to: you can do so here.
