The Three O'Clock in Berkeley
THREE O'CLOCK TAPE from early 1980s
I have a tape with the THREE O'CLOCK and Dream Syndicate. It says live in Berkeley. I was wondering from what year and is this a release? Michael does a lot of talking. It's a little Baroque Hoedown heavy. Michael mentions that the record hasn't been released yet. There is some mention of gigs by X and Bad Brains in October 1982.

Do you have the Dream Syndicate part too?
I don't think so. Not on my hd anyway, maybe hidden on an archive dvd.If it's actually a Berkeley gig of early Dream Syndicate, it's most likely from 14 may 1982, of which a fm recording is circulating.

Excellent sound. This show was on dime already in 2009 (link http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-de...).
I don't know how this compares to my copy.
Great early recording (and phantastic sound, listen to sample) of this outstanding neo-psychedelic band.
The band was just before this show re-named from Salvation Army to Three O'Clock. This is what the radio announcer is telling at the final credits.
As there are some recordings of new shows are circulating I thought it might be worth to upload this.
