When the Head is heavy. Part-2

To those who do not have a secluded hive around them; for any reason or count… & to those who cannot easily detach; and even for those who do not want to detach from the ongoing turbulence within their heads… this may not work. In other words it simply means that in order to achieve the sought success from this easiest method that shall relieve your head from its heaviness; it is mandatory that you are prepared to exercise your deep desire in the form of a detachment from ongoing turbulence within the head in order to fetch the solution in form of harmony. Remember a fact without any defiance… solutions happen to those who deeply crave for them; sought of a binge for solutions. And for those who merely seek solutions at superficial ends… a hundred remedies available shall not work.

Once you crave for the solution to heaviness to head on account of mental disharmony. Hunt… Hunt!!!; Hunt for harmony? Yes sir, need not frown much instead understand the prime intent behind. Hunt for a picture, painting of an 1. picturesque environment, 2. Sacred geometry, 3. A portrait of an Enlightened master… or any other subject in form of a picture or painting that can absorb your awareness, leaving nothing in your control. I used a blunt word, ‘Hunt’, while embarking upon the manifestation of Harmony. Indeed it is a very dissenting usage for the subject of the series of this article; but nothing short of it can suffice the embedded need behind the sought solace.

The way doctors need to ascertain the impact of any drug upon the specific patient for any particular ailment. Different people respond differently to the same drug. Likewise one has to conclude for one’s own prescription in the light of our prime instrument that shall draw harmony to the disturbed state of one’s  mind. For some it is the piercing looks or eyes of the enlightened masters, for some the absorption comes through a picturesque scenery; and to others the sacred geometry works like an incredible magic. It is different with different people. The prime premise is to ascertain and conclude… ‘what absorbs me in entirety’…

Solutions to heaviness of head...

Solutions to heaviness of head…

There was a time, couple of years ago when working upon such a remedy was a larger attribution towards heaviness of the head… but today with press of buttons on the internet the sought world rolls down, ‘at your service’. Save that absorbs you the most. The number of such inputs could be more than one, two or even 10. Save them in the computer and next comes the moment to arrange for their colored print out on an art paper with the size one can easily manage and preserve. The minimum suggested size is A4 . In case the print is one then a lamination suffices the purpose; but in case they are multiple then a spiral binding with laminated sheets should work good for all purposes.

Note; While concluding for the selections of inputs from internet; the haste of any kind should be totally avoided. Undertake this exercise on a day and moment when nothing warrants your attention. Switch off your mobile phone while commencing this search. 1. Select the picture. 1a. The picture should be of a big size… avoid very small picture at all… 2. Save it on your computer. 3. Open it in some picture viewer. 4. Take a full screen view 5. Spend time with that picture unless you deeply feel inside that it has absorbed your awareness… what is absorption of one’s awareness. This question shall be automatically answered to you within your own self… once something on the screen shall absorb you. We shall continue with further details in the next issue of the series of this article… This is the spirit behind my basic objective termed as a small phrase of desire2will or resolute will or silent will.  Teacher of ancient Indian wisdom Dinesh kumar can be seen talking on similar subjects at a YouTube channel gospel4learning
