When the Head is heavy? Part-1.

The moments are always not as the way we seek...

The moments are always not as the way we seek…

The moments in life are not always that comforting as one shall seek… often they are unpleasant and stressed full of undesirable coming to our way. On one account or the other we undergo such moments when the Heady becomes heavy and some where inside there arises an urge to run for an expansiveness that can accommodate our entire existence to relieve us from our immediate heaviness. The heaviness is an experience upon our physical body when the unseen emotions or thoughts are not harmonious. Disharmony has million faces; therefore it is futile to name such causal factors that can cause a heavy head. The causal factors can be major to minor to even mundane levels.

We may or may not be always able to run out and seek solace in the company of expanded sky and bountiful of nature but an urge during such situations definitely arises to run. When we were too small then under such situations we used to run and seek shelter behind something where we wanted to remain unseen; our own hive. But now when we have grown up… equally has grown the size of our shelters… now small closets cannot accommodate the enormous heaviness of our head; now we seek an expansiveness beyond measure to accommodate us. Therefore we want to run towards that horizon where the touchline of the sky and earth diminishes into nowhere.

Yes. This yes has merely three letters but with such a subject and in moments of solace searching the urge need draws a big deep sigh in form of this YES… A three letter word drawn from great depths. You may affirm my YES…

Inhabitants of congested cosmopolitans with madding crowds jostling our life routines; having a need of such expansiveness during moments of duress becomes a life line but the choices at all times remain very very few. Where to go, which place, so many people every where, appropriate places are no where near, should I again drive in traffic to be there, where-where-where-where??? The questions goes on and the solace does not fall in line.

Worthy fortunate are those that are able to spot a place of extreme expansiveness and calm around their bustling cosmopolitans and more blessed are those that are able to confine themselves to such places during moments when they are not in any kind of stress… because to be at such places in the moments of harmony is to give oneself an extension at the end of one’s inner stature.

But What is in store for those who cannot or do not or what not… are not able to find or move to one such place of momentary salvation.  For them the mind of a yogi suffices more than any one else can during such moments of stress. Contemplation. Mere contemplation on what? what manner?… is it possible or merely a fallacy given to elude the mind… Well the true answer is concealed into the corridors of Ancient Indian Wisdom that gave its answers through great masters; thousands of years ago… What is the answer? Find it in as a continuation to the small series of this article. Do not worry i shall not skip in the middle but provide you with the complete answer. It is no riddle but a simple turn into the navigational aspect of one’s awareness and a new world opens up within the same spectrum. If you have a question in your mind towards me… ” have you yourself tried what you wish to teach or is it something you have read some where and are merely going to make a mention of it… put your skepticism at bay and merely follow the teacher. This is the spirit behind my basic objective termed as a small phrase of desire2will or resolute will or silent will.  Teacher of ancient Indian wisdom Dinesh kumar can be seen talking on similar subjects at a YouTube channel gospel4learning
