Fun with a Band-Aid

Have kids? (Or even if you like slightly fun things).

Turn off the lights in your bathroom before you open the wrapper for the band-aid. In a dark room you can see a glow around the edges as you separate the wrapper due to electrical charges. Its been referred to as triboluminescence. I stumbled upon this little bit of science as I put a band-aid on in a rather dark room not to long ago.
