I try not to focus much on personal drama here, since I'd much rather talk about my characters than myself. But I wanted to explain my inactivity, both here and to a lesser degree on Twitter, over the last few months.

Nic I was saddened to see you are going through a hard time but it was lovely to see your positive outlook! I hope things continue well as you recover. It sounds like you have a wonderful family and great friends - I LOVED those slippers! LOL

Bru Baker Thanks! My recovery is going well, and as long as I keep remembering to take it easy I'll be as good as new in no time. I'm happy to report that I'm getting a lot more writing and editing done during my recovery period than I'd expected, which is really good news! :)
