Work in progress: World War One

I'm finishing about now the drawing on The Trench War: World War One.I've been looking for uniforms of British, Belgian and German soldiers. Along with the books that I have on the subject, I had a pretty good idea of how things looked like.I recently read " Trench Warfare" from the French comic book author Jacques Tardi. A better picture of the living hell that war was, is hardly to find. It was pure madness. A shameful massacre. Political leaders in that time would now have to answer in The Hague.
