Amazon reviews have been very good to me, knock-on-wood. After a challenging few days, this new 5 Star review really warmed my heart.

This review is from: Eli, Ely (Paperback)
It's rare that you get an uncensored glimpse of life from the macho guy's perspective - the guy who's been around the block, has sex with everything that moves and will punch your lights out before you have the chance to say your sorry. But to sum up Eli's character as a testosterone riddled machismo would be a gross over-simplification. This character is also a poet, a hopeless romantic and a dreamer. He's incredibly self-aware, intellectual and misunderstood. To be inside his head for nearly 300 pages is as much heartbreaking as it is hilarious. I look forward to seeing what's next for this humble, San Francisco author.
