No one knows what would happen until it does. There aren’t many werewolves in the Otherworld, and they don’t interact much with other supernaturals, and even in the event of a bite, most people don’t survive so there’s not much chance of gaining enough data to say definitively what would happen if a half-demon or witch et was bitten. Karl wasn’t taking any chances.
