Excerpt “What are you doing here at the Academy?”Lawrence demanded from the doorway, his gazeintense and the tension in him showing throughhis taut neck muscles.“Me! What am I doing here?” she stammered. “Ithink I should be asking you the same thing.”“I work here,” Lawrence flashed back, his eyesflecked with gold and full of fire.“I work here too!”The lines in his brow furrowed. “Since when?”His voice rising, as he stood up even taller, fillingthe doorway with his strength.“Since four hours ago when I arrived at thisschool. And don’t you yell at me!” Cassiannagulped for air, as she sputtered angrily, “I shouldbe yelling at you, you’re the one that ran off and left me.”“I’m the one that ran off?” He clenched the muscles in his neck while sparksflashed in his eyes. “I waited for you and you never came back.” As Cassianna spoke the angrywords, she noticed his posture softened slightly, his shoulders easing, but hismuscular chest contracted with each heavy breath, betraying his mood.He moved towards her in one quick stride. He was inches from her. Cassianna could feel the heat between them. His heavy breathing was the only sound in the room. She inhaled the muskyscent of him, oh how she had loved that scent. She was melting with want, shewanted to kiss those lips and feel his strong hands on her.His eyes were locked on hers and he let out a deep breath, his voice lowered ashe leaned forward, grasping her hand in his.“Cassie...,” his tone softened, his eyes soft as seawater as he looked at her.Her hand trembled in his.She looked up into his eyes.He seemed lost for words as his face studied hers.He leaned towards her and she couldn’t will her body to move even if shewanted to.

Why Erotic?
Great question and one that I get asked quite often. So ‘Why Erotic’? Of all the genres I could choose as a writer, why this one? Now, of course, I could be cute and reply, “Why not?” which is exactly what I am thinking when I am asked by someone who hasn’t but much thought into the question. But there are those truly thoughtful and inquisitive people who wonder because they are genuinely curious why I picked the genre I did. And for them, I have to give their question serious thought and a serious answer.
Firstly, I can’t really imagine not writing erotic romance.  It’s not like I wake up in the morning and think,I really can’t imagine writing a love scene without the erotic elements included. They are seductive and revealing to the characters. As in real life, the hero and heroine are forever changed by each intimate encounter. As the tension escalates between them, the attraction sizzles, and the erotic pitch forces them to the next level of their relationship, whether it is committed or casual. They will never be the same again. And this is what draws me to erotic.
It’s true. It’s real and it’s an integral part of writing a romance. So that’s folks, why I write erotic. And of course, because I love doing it!

4.5 Stars ReviewI received the book from the touring host for an honest review.
Lawrence Taylor and Cassiana Baxter had a long history that had driven them apart twelve years ago, now they meet again and it seems they are heading in the same direction. Deceit and lies trailing them everywhere they go.With potent chemistry, these two had to sort out their differences, sort out the lies that kept them apart, beginning anew. In itself difficult to deal with, but now twelve years later, they had more knowledge, better understanding, and we hope they will not make the same mistakes as before. Then there are the meltdowns. I mean sheet-wise **wink**A delightful story that will keep your nose in the book until the end. Fast pace, it delivers a well written plot that will keep you wondering if the two will finally work through the rough edges, declaring their love and find the restoration at the end.In between, the sex scenes were scorching hot that kept you glued to the pages. The characters are well developed and believable making it an entertaining story to read over a peaceful weekend.
