I was wondering If you plan on making "The Darkest Powers" into a movie?
The rights to both YA trilogies—DP & DR—have been sold. That’s just the first step in a very long process and 95% of the time nothing comes of it, so I don’t mention it unless asked directly :) But, yes, they’ve been sold, which is the only step I can take as the author—to sell or not to sell.

Those series would make such great movies!
It'd be great if the movie followed the book exactly and was a hit. I worry, though, that the movies might not work out; there are so many movies made from books that don't go well. I hope that if something does come out of selling the rights, that it will be a good something. Kelley, if a movie was to be made, would you be part of the production team to make sure everything went well?
Do not let them ruin your book!! They were so well done and well written the story would be ruined if they changed it.
Yah. I really hope that if a movie comes out of it that the movie is accurate. Cause some movies were absolutely murdered by the film industry and it breaks my heart to see such awesome books be pulverized.
I wish they would be made into movies- especially Drakest Powers trilogy, they are so good :)
