Chapter 57: Reminders

I slipped through the shadows and looped back to my car. It didn’t matter if anyone saw me, just so no one could connect Yost’s murder to my car. I couldn’t get another car; it was too damn difficult.


I drove east out of Columbus to the middle of nowhere and stopped the car along the side of the road. I was exhausted and couldn’t stop shaking.
