Another Year Gone…
I swear, the older I get, the faster the years go by. I blinked and suddenly it’s the big three-two. How the hell did that happen, anyway? They say you’re only as old as you feel… Last year, I felt pretty young. This year, I just feel tired, ha!
This last year has been very busy for me; a lot has happened. I’ve published two books, met a lot of amazing people (readers, bloggers, authors) and it’s been a whirl-wind of excitement.
I’ve been writing down my goals for this next year. I think I’m being a bit ambitious, but that’s normal for me. I’m always over-extending myself 
It’s the only way for me to stay on track, as I’m easily distracted. But, one thing that’s on the top of my list is a vacation. A real one. The kind that involves white sandy beaches and Mai Tais. I’ve decided it’s my favorite drink. I had one on my birthday this year while waiting for my Japanese takeout and it was amazing. I’m not big on water sports, so I doubt I’ll be posting any pictures from that future vacation of me in the water. I’ll probably just be tipsy in a lounge chair with a good book
