A Couple of Random Points All Rolled into One.

I really struggle to find something to write a post about. I do not know how people can write these things daily!
But I have a couple of things I want to share and the 140 character limit on Twitter, and the somewhat inconvenience of Facebook means I have turned to the world of blogging. Here goes...

My first point... Music (yes, again.)

I did an interview today; it was sent to me last week, but my hectic weekend and being struck down with the lurgy meant I only addressed it today...mere hours before I had to send it off. One question got me thinking: 'Do you have a playlist?'
Yes. Yes I do.
I have around twelve songs which I played religiously during the writing process of Second Chance Hero, as well as a few that YouTube recommended to me.
So, yes, a rambling of words later, I get to my point.
Would anyone like to see the playlist for Second Chance Hero?
The indie author world is full of all sorts of quirks to get the word out there. I don't know the first thing about 'swag' and 'bookplugs' but I do know music.
Please give me a quick comment, or contact me via the usual places where I spend a lot of time and let me know if it's something you'd be interested in.
Obviously, I'd love to share it with you, but you guys hold the cards. Your wish is my command.

My second point...Preview.
I can see the light at the end of the fictional tunnel. I am almost done, insanely proud that I've taken the slush that was my first draft...and then my second, and I have written what I now know will be the final draft.
I want to share a little of it with you. The blog is getting more traffic now, so thank you to those reading it, but I am going to ask you for an itsy bitsy favour.
Please comment and/or share this post. Again, I'm taking cues from those of you reading my rambles. I won't know if you want more of my work unless you tell me.
My next project is intense, full of angst and is a little darker than Second Chance Hero. There will still be a little fun and light-heartedness, a little dry wit and steamy scenes. There will be three books. Each one will have a central message which affects so many people and has on some level, affected me. And they will tie in together with the romance (Another point to add is there is some crossover from SCH into this series). It is incredibly close to my heart and I'm working tirelessly and putting everything I have into giving you a story that touches you the way the subject touches me.

I appreciate every single one of you who shares my posts or my typo-ridden statuses. I thank everyone who has read Second Chance Hero and I am grateful for the people in my life who tell me I can do this. You know who you are.
Thank you.
