I'm pushing my blogging luck tonight and posting another one.
I couldn't not.
I have been friends with
Mary White for a while, and she has agreed to be a beta-reader for me (squee!). Every now and then she tags me in these little treasures that she writes. Little scribblings that she does here and there. I told her to set up her own blog, but alas, here she is on mine. And I had to twist her arm a little to get her to come over.
I want to share the poem that she sent me tonight. Mary's words are spiritual and beautiful.
Have a read and head on over to
Twitter to show her some love.
Leave your comments below and I'll be sure to get them to her!
I Am With You When You Dance
I am with you when you dance,
in the first fall of snow,
And I whisper in your ear,
of a love I would bestow,
For I am the Magick,
of the cold winter fae,
And in this short time,
my rule will hold sway,
As winter is my art,
my song, my dance,
A gift to empart,
and further entrance,
The delicate snowflake,
the voice of the winds,
I leave in my wake,
till Springtime rescinds,
So allow me this time,
and enjoy my embrace,
Behold my sweet rhyme,
and my glittering face.(c) Mary White
