Depression is no fun! I went through a personal ground zero after my ex-wife of 5 years informed me she had an affair. Nevertheless I forgave her, proceeded to get counseling for my soul, moved forward to heal and be made whole. Two months later (since she was unrepentant and wayward in action) I divorced. Thereafter I wrote my book "Breakthrough for a Broken Heart" in which I processed my pain and became wiser and stronger through the ordeal. Today men and women from around the world are being helped and uplifted through my heartfelt message of overcoming adversity and not burying your dreams beneath your disappointments.

Even Jesus always broke the bread before He distributed it to feed the multitudes. Embrace your sorrowful season, but don't eternally defend it, nor purpose to remain there for a lifetime. Receive the unconditional love and comfort of your heavenly Father to lift you up and out of that emotional pit of despair.

They who are de-pressed have lost their confidence, will to fight, forge ahead and PRESS! Go forward and press through your challenges!

Anything worth having is worth fighting for. My grandma used to say, "Pray as if all depends on God, but work as if all depends on you." I say together the two will bring heaven to earth for you setting your miracle in motion.
