Fucking hell I can't believe Amazon have removed it. This is absolutely outrageous!!! Are you going to publish it elsewhere like Smashwords?

At the moment I'm so busy, I don't really have time to worry about any of that. However, I thought a promotional giveaway might be a fun way for people who are interested in the book to read it. :)
Thanks for the giveaway, I have entered it. That will teach me in future to buy a book as soon as I see it on Amazon before they tell me what I can and can't read and remove it. I'm so annoyed about this. You need to set Gavin Mecozzi loose on Amazon to kick their ass.
