Brain dump

Things on my mind:

1. Got back yesterday from the Starry Heaven novel workshop in Flagstaff, which was a really, really good week of critiquing, spontaneous craft discussion, eating great food, accomplishing great hanging-out, camaraderie, and plain ol' fun. I missed the hike during which everyone but me formed a lifelong, impermeable bond, but the Karate Kid outing was pretty good, so I'm fine with that. It's wonderful to be home, but I miss my fellow workshoppers already.
