Got a FB friend* who’s pregnant? I’ve come to the conclusion you can expect the following 10 things:

1. The announcement via sonogram photo.

2. The pee test. If you’re lucky.

3. The due date.

4. A detailed status of the food they’re craving.

5. More sonogram photos.

6. The “Belly Album”.

7. Complaints that they miss wine.

8. More sonogram photos.

9. The baby shower album.

10. The baby. In all its vaginal mucus-covered glory. Yes, it will look like an alien and yes, you have to lie and tell them, “It’s absolutely precious.”

*Before I was pregnant, I vowed I would never do any of the above. I managed to not post my pee stick, but I’m definitely guilty of everything else. I promise not to post any “first poo” pics.
