Territorial issues are an ongoing problem with e-books. In order for it to be available to someone in Belgium, the publisher has to arrange with an online retailer there to see it, while complying with all their copyright and tax laws. For Subterranean Press—a small publisher—that’s just not feasible. I can say that Angelic will come out in the next couple of years as part of an Otherworld anthology. Not a perfect solution, but the only one I could manage, unfortunately. With print books, they can be delivered across borders; not so with e-books.
