Blog Hop Interview - Tag You're It

I was invited by Ella Dominguez (elladominguez.blogspot.com) to participate in a blog hop interview. Thank you Ella for thinking of me! For this reason the 'Hump day' blog moves to Monday for one week only..!

All I have to do is answer the following interview questions and then tag three other authors who are asked to answer the same questions on their blogs next Monday, 16th September. Those authors will then each tag three more authors, etc.

Let's see how this goes...

1. What are you working on right now?
I have just finished editing my latest erotic short story. "Friday's Lesson" is a scorching tale of an unexpected D/s dynamic. It went to my editor last night and the aim is to have it released within the next few weeks! Details to be confirmed.
I am also working on a number of other stories, including my first novel.

2. How does it differ from other works in its genre?
It's highly-charged and erotic; laced with the sort of BDSM kink which keeps you up at night for the right reasons! I also focus on the dynamic between two people and illustrate the kind of sexual energy which makes readers believe in the scene. It has to be a fantasy which seems plausible... but still leaves you breathless!

3. Why do you write what you do?
It's a cliche I know, but I genuinely have always written stories! I was making little books for my friends and family when I was a child and I still feel the same joy when I write now. I am also a very sexual woman, so writing erotica was a natural avenue for me to find... And it's so much fun!!
I spent the first half of my life aspiring to write for a living and I intend to spend the rest my life actually doing it!

4. How does your writing process work?
I get inspired by an idea or a person, which I'll muse on for a while, before starting to write. I might make a plan of the types of scenes I want to include and the order in which they will go, but more than that there is no plan! I usually just go with the creative flow... This is the part I love! ;-D

Authors I'm tagging...

MA Myers
Ray Tullett
John Satisfy

Thanks and have a great week!
