What About "Blaming Whitey" from the What About series (Post 5)

There is a mind set that every "white man" in America owned slaves. This is some of the indoctrination that is currently being taught in our “progressive” schools, developed after the model of Hitler’s educational system. They (the system) pretend to teach this in an effort to undo the pain that was caused by slavery. But there is a much more sinister reason, with race-baiting at its core. Though it sounds as if they are all up in arms, due to their love of mankind, over slavery back in the 17 to 1800's, it is actually just the opposite. They are promoting hatred. Hatred of the white man for offenses supposedly committed by their ancestors. Blame whitey. That is their cry. Always blame "whitey!” Well, only 1.6% of all U.S. citizens owned slaves at the height of slavery in 1860. "A very small number upon which to base the hatred of the entire white race."
The left never says anything about modern day slavery, especially the child sex slave industry that goes on in almost every country in the world and even America! God forbid they focus on the children of today!
Let me let you in on well-kept secret. Blacks are not the only ones who have been slaves over the course of life on Earth. As a matter of fact, every single race on this planet has been in servitude/forced slavery at one time or another. Even white people.
The blacks in this country need to get over it and let it go. They have never been a slave and no whites in the U.S. own slaves. So just stop.
People keep insisting that racism is alive and well. Is that true? No... and... yes. Firstly, the “no.” The laws in this country state that you cannot be discriminated against due to race, religion or national origin. So, blacks are as free as anyone else to work hard and make something of themselves. If anything, the laws (affirmative action)lean in their favor. In our experiences we will still encounter some prejudices. Some about race. Some about age. Some about weight. Etc.. That is our individual responsibility to overcome and we should certainly not expect a law governing people’s prejudices. Secondly, yes, unfortunately, racism is still alive in that people still judge people by the “color of their skin instead of the content of their character.” This goes both ways. I’ve come across many racists in my lifetime. And most of them are black. Dr. James Manning, (an outspoken black reverend,) will tell you, “If you know someone who is black, I guarantee you they are racist.”
This problem of hatred for those of a different race, of prejudices, is exacerbated by throwing out the reminder of slavery constantly. If you truly want to get rid of this prejudiced way of looking at people, there is only one way. Stop blaming others for your misfortunes and see that everything you do is above reproach. Everyone. I do not take responsibility for any problems black people have in this country. I’ve been poor, almost destitute all my life. I’ve worked three jobs at a time. I am not at all responsible for your problems. YOU ARE! Nor is anyone, other than myself, responsible for the poor choices I’ve made in my life.
Those who cry racism at every turn are the ones keeping racism alive. Obama being elected solely on the color of his skin was the uncovering of just how deep racism in this country runs! Before you cry racism even one more time, maybe you should look at your own race. Want to make a difference in the world? Look at the slave trade that is still going on in other parts of the world.
Did you know that ....“Kenya is a source, transit, and destination country for men, women, and children trafficked for the purposes of forced labor and sexual exploitation. Kenyan children are trafficked within the country for domestic servitude, forced labor in agriculture (including on flower plantations), cattle herding, in bars, and for commercial sexual exploitation, including involvement in the coastal sex tourism industry.” - U.S. State Dept Trafficking in Persons Report, June, 2009 [full country report]
It’s not the white people who are buying and selling these slaves, so stop blaming “whitey.” If everyone would simply take responsibility for themselves, make sure everything they do is beyond reproach, is virtuous and lovely, is praiseworthy, has a basis of love and freedom, they all this hatred would eventually disappear.
