Satisfaction for a Thirsty Soul

My word for 2013 is “quenched” as insatisfied.My heart for this year is to find my satisfaction in Jesus alone. I began the year by reading a fabulous book calledThe Well: Why Are So Many Still Thirsty? by Mark Hall. I highly recommend it.

This morning, I was reading in the Psalms and paused when I came to Psalm 107:9, which reads:

For He has satisfied the thirsty soul,

And the hungry soul He has filled with what is good.
