2012 Reading Challenge

Since I routinely read 75 - 125 books a year without trying to hard I thought it might be fun to try something a bit more challenging. This coming year I will be trying to complete a specific challenge. I will be reading at least 20 Young Adult novels. Now normally I read a wide range of stories and don't pay much attention to what genre they are, but this will force me to pay a bit of attention to what genre I'm reading and could be interesting to delve into a whole new section of my local library that I normally don't spend much time in.

Here are the rules for this challenge: 


Run's January 1, 2012 - December 31, 2012.
The Rules:
Anyone can join.You don't need a blog to participate.Non-Bloggers: Post your list of books in the comment section of the wrap-up post on Jamie's blog.Audio, eBooks, paper, re-reads all count.No need to list your books in advance. You may select books as you go. Even if you list them now, you can change the list if needed.There are four levels:
The Mini YA Reading Challenge – Read 12 Young Adult novels.The "Fun Size" YA Reading Challenge – Read 20 Young Adult novels.The Jumbo Size YA Reading Challenge – Read 40 Young Adult novels.The Mega size YA Reading Challenge – Read 50+ Young Adult novels.I will be doing the fun sized challenge, but may upgrade to the Jumbo one depending on how many YA books I can get my hands on.
