How to Decrease the Awkwardness of Eating Lunch with a Stranger and Live to Tell of It

I’m going to lunch today with a stranger. Okay, so he isn’t quite a stranger. I’ve met him and know his name—at least the name he told me . . . He reads the blog and bought a copy of my book (Have you?), so I’m thinking he is a pretty great, forward-thinking, saint of a guy.
