The Force of Providence Will Be Heard and the Revenge of Nature Felt

The force of Providence will be heard as nature has its revenge and judges the inhabitants of the earth presently polluting and disregarding the planet.

"The earth is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore has the curse devoured the earth; and they that dwell therein are desolate." (Isaiah 24:5-6)

Human exploitation of the planet is reaching a critical limit. We cannot continue to pollute the atmosphere, poison the ocean, spray pesticides and herbicides on the soil and exhaust the land. There isn't any more available.

Anesthetized by our own wealth and miniscule world, we forget how the majority of the rest of the world lives and looks. In all of our groping and lusting for things, we forget the consequences of our consumerism environmentally.

We must transition from well having to well being.

Our constitution and legal system is such that you are either a person or property. The ocean, lakes, rivers and streams from which we and animals sustain ourselves have no rights. They are only to be bought, sold, subdivided and used for corporate profit and gain. This must change!

Thomas Jefferson said every generation should revisit and if necessary rewrite the constitution to meet the changing needs of the time. With 6.4 billion people on the planet, environmental challenges are new and rapidly changing. The founding fathers did not know or experience global warming, hurricanes, earthquakes, deforestation, soil erosion, toxic chemicals and the raping of the environment to the degree we do today. Hence laws must be written and enforced to protect our natural resources before they virtually disappear and we the inhabitants of the earth who live from them perish.

In coming decades world wars will be fought over water and food rather than oil.

Most pollution is heaviest in low-income communities of color - a dumping ground for corporations, power plants, oil refineries, waste facilities, bus depots and more.

Our food is becoming foul and our oceans increasingly unhealthy to swim in. 70 countries of the world no longer have any of their original forests in tact. In the United States 95% of our old growth forests are gone. We dump millions of tons of waste in our oceans, which are coming back to us in perverse ways.

Our fish are heavy with mercury, metals, pesticides and herbicides. Eat up those of you who disregard the environment and you who call yourselves Christians and disregard the precious planet bestowed upon you by your Creator.

Natural catastrophic disasters are on the rise in response to the demise and disregard of the planet by the people who remain consumeristic, complacent, silent and don't hold gov't leaders and corporate polluters to account.

The revenge of nature is on its way!

Change your ways and love the precious planet or very soon you will be awakened from your slumber in front of the TV, caused to drop your I-phone and made to run for your life!
